Nicole Hernandez

Nicole Hernandez has a comprehensive work experience in asset management and property management. Nicole started their career in 2014 as an Assistant Property Manager at The Preiss Company, where they managed marketing and sales, organized community events, and maintained social media accounts. Nicole then advanced to the role of Property Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a student housing community with a team of 12. In 2016, Nicole joined Man Group as an Asset Manager, where they played a crucial role in managing housing assets, optimizing revenue, and decreasing expenses for over 3,300 properties. Nicole eventually rose to the position of Vice President of Asset Management.

Nicole Hernandez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Coastal Carolina University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In 2017, Nicole obtained a license as an inactive NC Provisional Real Estate Broker. Nicole also became a Notary Public in June 2016 through the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State.
