Ellice Luh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and business development. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering Services at Man-Machine Systems Assessment (MSA) since April 2007, Ellice Luh oversees operations and the development of Engineering Services contracts. Previously, Ellice Luh was a Senior Research Engineer and Technical Service Manager at WR Grace from 1989 to 1996. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a BS in Materials Engineering from North Carolina State University.
