Katie Zimmer

Katie Zimmer, CHA, currently serves as an Account Coordinator at MAN Marketing since April 2022. Prior to this role, Katie was the Founder and President of Team Coachampion, Inc., specializing in leadership consulting with a focus on company culture and team engagement. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Katie held positions such as District Manager for Extended Stay America, overseeing operations for multiple hotels, and Regional Manager Brand Services Consultant at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). Other managerial roles include various General Manager positions at Candlewood Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton, in addition to a senior quality consultant role at IHG. Katie holds a BSBA with a specialization in Management from the University of West Florida, earned between 1989 and 1992.
