Richard Savva is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in the fintech and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at MANA Group since April 2024, Richard previously held similar roles at R3, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition for an enterprise blockchain software firm, and NP Talent Solutions, focusing on HR efficiency in recruitment. Richard has also worked at Jefferson Frank and RTM | The Talent Advisors, managing strategic growth and partnerships. Earlier in the career, Richard served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Experis UK & Ireland and developed business opportunities at reed.co.uk. Richard's career began at REED, where numerous roles culminated in managing a professional contracts team for major banking clients. Richard's education was completed at Thomas Tallis from 1994 to 1999.
