Samika Shirke

Samika Shirke is a Consultant at MANA Group since May 2022, previously serving as an Associate Consultant. Prior experience includes a role as Team Lead at KFC UK & Ireland from June 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities involved managing quality communications and enhancing customer success through improved survey submission rates. Samika also worked with Monster Energy as part of the Ambassador Team, focusing on building account relationships and brand representation at social events. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Mumbai.
