Julio Pina

Julio Pina has extensive experience in innovation research and development. Julio is currently the Director of Innovation Research & Development at Mana Products since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at iLABS (Innovation Labs) Inc. from January 2020 to August 2022. Julio also has a long history with Mana Products, starting in 2008. During their time there, they worked their way up from Group Leader of Powder Lab Research & Development to Manager of Innovation Research & Development, and eventually became responsible for integrating cross-functional color cosmetics and skincare. Julio led the development and execution of various product innovation projects, including the creation of new product forms in strategic Powder Technologies.

Julio Pina has pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at Queens College. Additionally, they have also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Brooklyn College. The exact start and end years for both degrees are not provided.
