Lori Orlowski Besen

Lori Orlowski Besen is an experienced beauty and cosmetic product development executive with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Innovation at Mana Products since June 2019, Lori drives the development of innovative color cosmetics and skincare products through collaboration with various internal teams. Previously, as Vice President of Product Development at Boom! Creative Development, LLC, Lori led the product development process for notable brands including Abercrombie and Fitch and Disney. Earlier roles include Manager of Product Development at Clinique, where Lori managed global treatment product lines, and Product Manager of Product Development at Revlon. Lori holds a Master’s degree in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising/Marketing from the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising.
