Susannah Carney, MBA has extensive experience in operations, supply chain, and retail management. Susannah started their career at Barnes & Noble, where they held various roles including Director of Supply Chain & Analysis and Director of Inventory Management, overseeing inventory forecasting, planning, and management for multiple distribution centers. Susannah then joined Ayrshire Farm as the Retail Division Manager, where they successfully led a company turnaround and transformed the brand into a nationally recognized one. After that, Susannah worked at L'Occitane en Provence as the Senior Director of Supply Chain, responsible for managing US supply chain and distribution center operations. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Operations at Mana Products, a leading contract and private-label manufacturer in the beauty industry, where they oversee operations, supply chain, and customer experience. Susannah's expertise lies in strategic planning, efficiency improvement, growth strategies, and change management.

Susannah Carney, MBA has a diverse education history. Susannah first attended Columbia University for Preparation for acceptance to Medical School, focusing on Post Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Math & Science Studies. Susannah then pursued a BA at Long Island University, where they double majored in Psychology and English Literature. Subsequently, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in International Business at Marist College. In addition to their formal degrees, Susannah also holds certifications. Susannah obtained certifications in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from edX. Furthermore, they have obtained several additional certifications, including "Jeff Weiner on Managing Compassionately," "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership," and "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust."
