Gert Mengel

Gert Mengel is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Modern Education and EdTech at Manage Now since June 2025, where Gert is involved in developing identity access management solutions for education. Additionally, since May 2024, Gert has contributed to a working group focused on AI-based adaptive learning systems at the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, co-hosts the podcast "Hey diggies. So geht lernen heute" with diggies_de, and serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board at crestalize GmbH, providing guidance on education, networking, and marketing. Previously, Gert held significant roles including Chair of the State Abitur Commission for Religion, Principal at Don Bosco Schule Rostock, and hosted the podcast "Große Hofpause" discussing educational topics.
