Catherine Maxwald has a long history of working in the banking and retail industries. Catherine began their career in 2000 as a Sales Associate & Assistant Manager at Pier 1 Imports. In 2005, they joined Peoples Bank as an AVP, Business Services Manager. Catherine then became the Electronic Banking Group Operations Manager, where they oversaw the Customer Contact Center in Lynden and the Business Services Support team in Bellingham and Bellevue. Catherine also held the positions of Merchant Services Assistant Manager and Merchant Services Support Representative. In 2017, they took on the role of Director EPS Software Projects at ManageAmerica | Integrated Billing Services.
Catherine Maxwald attended Whatcom Community College from 2000 to 2003, where they received an Associate's degree in General Studies. Catherine then attended Western Washington University from 2003 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Human Resources.
