Marnie Parks has been in the utility billing industry for over a decade. Marnie began their career in 2008 as a Key Accounts Manager for Sierra Utility Billing Services. In 2010, they moved to NWP Services Corporation as an Account Manager. In 2013, they joined ManageAmerica as a Utility Billing Manager and Senior Rate Analyst. Since 2021, they have been working as a Senior Manager of Utility Billing for ManageAmerica | Integrated Billing Services.

Marnie Parks earned their BBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and graduated from Westlake High School.
