Gustavo Daniel Hernandez, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gustavo Daniel began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, College Park in 2002. Following this, they worked at the University of Maryland as a Behavioral Rehabilitation Counselor, where they provided direct support to patients with mental illnesses and built connections with care providers.

In 2006, Hernandez joined CBH Health, LLC., taking on the role of Behavioral Rehabilitation Counselor. In this position, they worked closely with patients and their families, leading therapy groups, monitoring progress, and completing reports. Gustavo Daniel also focused on building relationships with care providers to promote the organization's services. Afterward, Hernandez transitioned to become an Assessment and Recruitment Specialist, where they evaluated and secured candidates for clinical trials, facilitated meetings with patients and families, and collaborated with pharmaceutical sponsors.

In 2011, Hernandez joined Centers for Behavioral Health as a Clinical Recruitment Manager. Hernandez's next career move was with the Association of Community Cancer Centers in 2017 as a Project Manager. Here, they managed projects within the organization for a limited period of time. Later that same year, they joined Managed Care Advisors (MCA) as an Account Manager. Gustavo Daniel then progressed to become a Senior Project Manager / Account Manager, taking on additional responsibilities.

Prior to attending the university, Gustavo attended Gonzaga College High School and St. Joseph's, but no specific degrees or fields of study were mentioned for those institutions. In addition to their educational background, Gustavo has acquired several certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020, as well as certifications in AED and CPR from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in April 2014.
