Jim Bell

Jim Bell has extensive work experience in the fields of innovation, product development, informatics, reporting, analytics, and data analysis. Jim started their career at Managed Care Advisors (MCA) in 2014 as a Data Analyst and later progressed to the role of Senior Data Analyst. Jim then transitioned to the role of Manager, Reporting & Analytics, followed by Manager, Innovation & Informatics. Jim's most recent positions at MCA include Manager, Innovation & Product Development, where they designed and developed an Interactive COVID-19 Dashboard used by US Federal Agencies, and their current role as the Innovation & Product Director. Prior to working at MCA, Jim also served as an EDF Climate Corps Fellow at the MacArthur Foundation in 2013.

Jim Bell completed their education in a chronological order, starting with earning Bachelor's Degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Ocean Engineering from Virginia Tech between 2003 and 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The George Washington University School of Business, specializing in Business Analytics, from 2012 to 2014. Jim Bell further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining certification as a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in September 2019.
