Haynes Dallas is the CEO of Managed Facilities Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate General Counsel for Chartwell Staffing Solutions from October 2016 to March 2019. Haynes has also worked as a contract commercial real estate attorney for Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP and Adams, Howell, Sizemore & Lenfestey, P.A. Dallas was a partner at Folger, Tucker & Dallas, P.A. from July 2012 to July 2015 and an associate attorney at Folger & Tucker, P.A. from May 2011 to July 2012. Haynes also served as the President & CEO of the Reidsville Chamber of Commerce from October 2010 to April 2011. Dallas began their career as a legal clerk for Holt & Watt, LLP from August 2009 to September 2010 and later worked as a summer legal associate for Beemer, Hadler & Willett, PA from May 2009 to July 2009. Additionally, they served as a campaign finance advisor for the North Carolina Gubernatorial Campaign from May 2008 to August 2008.

Haynes Dallas has earned a Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law with a concentration in corporate law. Haynes also has an MBA from Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. Their undergraduate degree is from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they double majored in economics and management & society. Haynes has also completed an executive program for growing companies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
