Sandra Darkson

Sandra Darkson currently serves as a SOC Analyst at CyberNow Labs, having participated in an intensive 12-week professional development program focused on Security Operations Center operations. Sandra's experience includes comprehensive cybersecurity investigations, utilizing tools such as Proofpoint and Splunk Enterprise Security, as well as performing root cause analyses and managing tickets in Jira. Previously, Sandra worked as a Risk Analyst at iQ4, where expertise in Governance Risk and Compliance and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework was emphasized. Additional roles include Information Technology support at the Managed Funds Association, Administrative Assistant at the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Ghana, Records Officer at the Corporate Intelligence Bureau, and Front Desk Officer at the State Housing Company. Sandra holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Networks from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Ghana.
