Mark Collins is an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong track record in client retention and account management. Since August 2007, Mark has been with MHN, previously holding a similar position at PacifiCare Behavioral Health/UBH from March 1998 to February 2005. At PacifiCare, Mark managed over 120 accounts, achieving impressive renewal and retention rates of 98-99%. Mark also briefly oversaw 30+ accounts in the PacifiCare Labor & Trust division. Academically, Mark holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Mental Health from Cal State East Bay and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Davis.
