Milton Roye possesses extensive experience in executive leadership and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Recruiting at Management Business Solutions since March 2019, Milton focuses on meeting diverse staffing needs. As Co-Chair of MI Innovation Alliance since January 2015, Milton has advanced the Global Automotive & Mobility Innovation Challenge. Previously held positions include Interim CEO at Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids Youth Commonwealth, Founder and CEO of 232 Advisors LLC, and Founder and President of ENRG Power Systems LLC, where innovative mobility solutions were commercialized. Additional roles include VP positions at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd and WEIDMANN Plastics Technology AG, contributing to significant business growth. Milton holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
