Danielle Perchinske

Danielle Perchinske serves as the North America Executive Recruiting Leader at Protiviti since April 2022, following over two decades of experience in executive recruiting at EY from December 2000 to April 2022. At EY, Danielle held various positions including Associate Director, where responsibilities included leading executive recruiting for the Technology Consulting Practice, and Assistant Director, managing recruiting for National Advisory and Cybersecurity practices. Additional roles at EY encompassed Senior Experienced Hire Recruiter, focusing on full life cycle recruiting, and Recruiting Coordinator, supporting multiple national practices. Earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at Kent State University and the Career Services Center. Danielle holds an MBA and a BBA in Accounting from Kent State University, along with a high school diploma from Holy Name High School.
