Barbara Rudin

Barbara Rudin has a strong background in leadership and executive roles. Barbara currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Management Concepts. Prior to that, they held positions at Manhattan Strategy Group, where they were both an Executive Vice President and the Senior Vice President of Operations and Programs. Before that, they were a Board Member at Northern Virginia Family Service, where they provided strategic and fiduciary oversight for poverty alleviation. Barbara also has extensive experience at ICF, where they held multiple roles, including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Strategy, and Senior Vice President of Operations. Barbara's early career began at Caliber Associates, where they started as a Principal and advanced to become a senior project manager and team lead, specializing in child and family development research.

Barbara Rudin holds a Ph.D. in Child and Family Development from The University of Georgia. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Psychology at the University of Florida. In 2010, they attended the Center for Creative Leadership. Barbara also obtained a certification in "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" from LinkedIn in 2019.
