Heather Li

Heather Li is an accomplished Learning Development Manager at Management Concepts Inc. since September 2018, leading a team of instructional designers to create content across various modalities. Responsibilities include project assignment, scope management, and performance evaluation of team members. Prior to this role, Heather served as a Senior Instructional Designer and an Instructional Designer at Management Concepts, where skills in needs analysis, content development, and adherence to adult learning principles were honed.
