Katherine Thomas M.Ed., CAPM, is an experienced professional in instructional design and product development, currently serving as a Product Development Manager and Senior Instructional Designer at Management Concepts Inc. since January 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a Learning Design and Implementation Specialist at US Marine Corps Headquarters from September 2015 to December 2017, and as an Instructional Design Intern at FDIC from 2010 to September 2015.
