Neil Armstrong

Neil Armstrong has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Neil began their career at APN News & Media as an Agency Account Manager, where they successfully developed relationships with advertising agencies and implemented innovative campaigns. Neil then worked at Siemens as a Team Leader Business Development & Account Manager, driving sales growth and managing stakeholder presentations. Neil also gained experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Creative Fruition and as a Business Development Manager at Salto Systems, where they formulated market analysis and executed business plans. Neil later became a State Sales Manager at Secom Technical Services, overseeing market trends and securing significant government contracts. Neil also owned and operated their own digital marketing consultancy, Flame Tree Digital, assisting small businesses with audits and digital marketing strategies. Additionally, they held roles as a Business Development Manager at Chubb Fire & Security and Vection Technologies, focusing on generating new business and establishing strategic partnerships. Currently, Neil is a Vice President (Sales) APAC at Management Controls Inc., leading sales efforts in the Asia-Pacific region.

Neil Armstrong has a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree with a major in marketing from Brunel University London. Neil also obtained a digital marketing diploma from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2013, and completed social media training at Hootsuite University from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they completed A Level Business Studies at Richmond Upon Thames College. Neil Armstrong has obtained multiple certifications, including a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert in 2022, a Leading for Impact Seminar from Boeing in 2022, a Security Consultant certification from WA Police in 2021, and a Solution Sales certification from LinkedIn in 2020.
