Ivaylo Takev

Ivaylo Takev has extensive work experience across multiple industries. Ivaylo started their career as a Marketing Representative at Bally's AC in 2002 and later worked at Raiffeisen Bank - Bulgaria in various roles including Supervisor Bank Cards Department, Corporate Credit Administrator, and Auditor. From 2015 onwards, they joined Management Financial Group where they held roles such as Group Internal Auditor, Head of Group Internal Audit, Kanban Implementation Lead, and currently serves as the Head of Group Internal Audit and Process Management at MFG.

Ivaylo Takev, CICA, holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics Relations from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, from 1997 to 2002. Ivaylo further pursued a Master's degree in International Business and Management from D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, Svishtov, from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Ivaylo has obtained several certifications, including Kanban Systems Improvement and Kanban System Design from Kanban University Certified Training Program, PwC's Academy Mini MBA Program from PwC's Academy, and CICA from The Institute for Internal Controls.
