Hanna Giraldo

Hanna Giraldo, M.A. has a diverse work experience. Hanna started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at European Wax Center in 2009 and worked there until 2011. Later, they joined the University of North Florida as a Teacher Assistant from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they returned to European Wax Center and served as a Corporate Senior Manager until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Corporate Learning and Development Manager at the same company. In 2020, they transitioned to MedPro Healthcare Staffing where they held various roles in talent development, including Talent Development Manager, Senior Talent Development Manager, and Director of Talent Development. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at MedPro Healthcare Staffing.

Hanna Giraldo, M.A. holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida International University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2021, Instructional Design from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2021, Critical Thinking from LinkedIn in 2020, and Organizational Culture from LinkedIn in 2020.
