Andrew Carmona is a seasoned professional in strategy, evaluation, and analysis within the international development sector. Currently serving as Technical Director at Management Systems International, Andrew has a robust history of directing technical efforts in prominent organizations such as The QED Group and Social Impact, where a focus has been on managing impact and performance evaluations funded by US government and DFID across various regions, including Central America and Sub-Saharan Africa. Previous roles encompass analysis and management within international health, agricultural development, and disaster rehabilitation projects, demonstrating expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, project coordination, and monitoring and evaluation systems.
