Barbara Pando-Behnke

Barbara Pando-Behnke, MSOD, ACC, CPBA, is an experienced professional in leadership, learning, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Manager at Management Systems International since September 2016, Barbara leads the USAID Peru Mission Coaching Activity, focusing on enhancing performance and morale through a culture of leadership and accountability. Previously, as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from May 2015 to September 2016, Barbara facilitated leadership coaching sessions and developed relevant materials. Barbara has also held roles such as Professional and Organizational Development Advisor at Management Systems International, where training for USAID Health Managers was designed and delivered, and Learning Advisor at Catholic Relief Services, where a comprehensive needs assessment was conducted. Barbara holds an MA in International Affairs from American University, a BA in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington, a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, and an MS in Organizational Development & Strategic Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University.
