Stacy Stacks has extensive experience in management and program development, currently serving as Chief Management Officer and Director of Policies at MSI since 1997, where responsibilities include fiscal accountability, acquisitions, risk management, and federal contract management exceeding $900 million. Prior to this role, Stacy held the position of Program and Country Director at AICF/USA, overseeing strategic planning and project management in various countries. Earlier experience includes serving as a Stockbroker and Manager at IDS Financial Services, focusing on business and estate planning, and as Vice President of Operations at Newell & Slidemakers West, where operations management and staff training were key responsibilities. Stacy holds a Master’s degree in Fine and Studio Arts from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Applied Arts from UCLA.
