Shannon Foley is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Management & Training Corporation since July 2025, Shannon also holds the position of Board Chair at True Relationships & Reproductive Health. Previous roles include Executive General Manager of Work and Chief People Officer at Endeavour Foundation, as well as Chief People & Sustainability Officer at Icon Group. Shannon's expertise in human resources was further established through significant positions at UnitingCare Queensland, Telstra, Spark New Zealand, and Vodafone New Zealand. Shannon holds a Master's degree in Education specializing in Human Resource Development and Adult Education, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at QUT.
