Isabelle Martial

Isabelle Martial has extensive experience in account management and customer success, currently serving as an Account Manager TPE/PME and Conseillère Pôle mAds at Manageo since May 2017. Prior to this role, Isabelle held positions as a Customer Success Officer at INEAD, where focus on e-learning and corporate relations contributed to student success. Previous roles include national commercial responsibility at Fast Tickets Service and customer service supervision at Absys Cyborg, alongside B2B clientele advisory roles at Orange. Isabelle holds a CeseMed degree in Marketing from KEDGE Business School and a DESS in Project Management from the Université du Québec en Outaouais, in addition to a Baccalauréat in Business Administration from the same institution.
