Dan Herd

Chief Customer Officer

Dan Herd currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Manager Method since May 2025 and is an Executive Member of Pavilion, a private membership for high-growth operators. Prior to this, Dan led the global Customer Success organization at Outreach from November 2022 to May 2025, overseeing renewals, expansion, and customer outcomes while managing the transition to a multi-product platform. Additional experience includes roles as RVP at both Outreach and WorkBoard Inc., where Dan was responsible for customer success and account management for strategic accounts. Dan's extensive career spans over a decade at Gartner, including leadership positions in advisory services across APAC and global teams. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Finance and Political Science from UNC Charlotte and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Mercer University.
