Michel Klocker has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. In 1987, they started as an Area Sales Manager at COFAZ - NORSK HYDRO AZOTE and worked there until 1990. From 1990 to 1995, they served as the Product and Sales Manager at TRIPETTE ET RENAUD. Following this, they joined Groupe MEAC, where they held the positions of Area Head of Sales from 1995 to 2007 and Head of Customer Service from 2008 to 2018. Michel then worked as the Head of Customer Service at Omya from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they became an Interim Manager in Head of Customer Service at Managers en Mission - Réseau de managers de transition. In 2021, they took on the role of a Transition Manager at Aliaxis, where they structured the relationship between suppliers and customer service, and also served as the Head of Customer Service for Aliaxis Utilities & Industry.

Michel Klocker attended ENSAIA from 1981 to 1984, where they studied and obtained a degree in Agronomy and Crop Science. Following this, they enrolled in Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy from 1984 to 1985 and completed a program in Industrial Systems Engineering, focusing on Project Management. In 2006 to 2007, Michel pursued further education at IFG Paris, where they specialized in Strategic Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Michel Klocker obtained a certification in Project Management from the MOOC Gestion de Projet in May 2021.
