Aynur Konuralp was born in 1961 in Kastamonu. He completed his higher education at Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1979-1983 and completed his master's degree in private law at Ankara University Social Sciences Institute between 1983-1985. He worked at the Capital Markets Board between 1985-2006 and at the Central Registry Agency between 2006-2012. He has been a registered lawyer in Ankara Bar Association since 1985 and still works as a Legal Counsel in an organization.
