Don Duckworth has extensive experience in sales and sales management at Enterprise Fleet Management since October 1995. In addition to this role, Don serves as a Board Member and Sporting Clays Committee Chair for the Manasota Air Conditioning Contractors Association Inc. since January 2006 and is a Committee Member for the Transportation & Intergovernmental Affairs Policy Committee with the Florida League of Cities, active from September 2019 to December 2024. Prior military service includes working as an Avionics Specialist in the United States Air Force from January 1991 to December 1993. Don holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations from the University of South Florida and an Associate's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Hillsborough Community College, with additional technical training from the United States Air Force Technical School.

The MACCA organization has been active for over twenty years with the crucial goal to better the HVAC industry for its members and their customers. MACCA's mission statement is the guiding principle of the association: To better the quality and public image of the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry through the proper training of apprentices and to promote excellence, knowledge and support within the HVAC industry. MACCA is an affiliated chapter of the Florida Refrigeration Air Conditioning Contractors Association (FRACCA).
