Jeff Gibson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeff currently holds the position of Director, Portfolio Delivery at Manatū Taonga Ministry for Culture and Heritage since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate at Tregaskis Brown from October 2019 to March 2023. Jeff also held various roles at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand from an Acting Deputy Secretary to Group Manager, Corporate Strategy and Performance for a period of five years, ending in September 2019. Before that, they served as a Programme Director for Business Transformation at IRD from 2008 to 2014. Jeff's experience also includes positions at BSK-CiC, Business Link for London, and as a Management Consultant. Jeff began their career as a Managing Director at Venture Economics.
Jeff Gibson attended the University of Canterbury from 1980 to 1982, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Operations Research.
