They later joined Talent Toppers as a Lead Associate in Client Delivery and IT Recruitment, where they were responsible for leadership hiring and mentoring new joiners. Currently, at Mancer Consulting Services, Durgesh holds the position of Technical Recruiting Manager and Assistant Manager Recruitment Specialist for Leadership Hiring.
