Prior to this, Tania worked as a Senior Consultant at Praaxis Search, focusing on senior leadership positions across various geographies. Tania's career began as a Consultant at Elixir Consulting, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process from sourcing to client communication across sectors such as manufacturing and finance. Tania also gained early experience as an HR intern at vCustomer. Tania possesses educational credentials from institutions including IMT Ghaziabad and Hansraj College.
