Nilesh Akode

Nilesh Akode is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and design strategy. Currently serving as a Design Partner at Manch Technologies since 2021, Nilesh collaborates with tech startups to enhance product roadmaps and UX strategies. As a UX Coach at the MIT Institute of Design, Nilesh also nurtures the next generation of designers. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President of UX Delivery at Human Factors International, Senior Manager of User Experience at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, and Design Experience Leader at Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab. Nilesh's career began at Lionbridge, where responsibilities included user study facilitation and design data analysis. Nilesh holds an M.Des in Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Amravati University.
