Jesse Palmer Jr has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Manufacturing Coordinator for Avery Dennison for eight years. Jesse then moved on to LPC Consulting Inc. as a Business Consultant, where they led the implementation of LEAN processes and continuous improvement. After that, they worked as Distribution Center Operations Manager for Avery Office Products Division of CCL Industries, Production Manager for thyssenkrupp Elevator Corporation, and Lean Manager and Senior Lean Manager for GE Appliances, a Haier company. Most recently, they have been Director of Manufacturing Excellence for Manchac Technologies, LLC since 2022, responsible for operational improvement and employing Lean and other continuous improvement methodology.

Jesse Palmer Jr. has a comprehensive education history. Jesse obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from Beinville University between 2000 and 2003. Jesse then attended American InterContinental University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management. Jesse continued their studies at American InterContinental University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources and Operation's Management, as well as a Master's degree in Human Resources. In addition, they have obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn, including Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, 15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management, Adding Value through Diversity, and Gemba Kaizen: A Commonsense Approach to Continuous Improvement. Jesse also has a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Avery Dennison.
