Ted Kitchens

Ted Kitchens, A.A.E., is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in airport management and planning. Since October 2018, Ted Kitchens has served as the Director of Aviation at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. Prior roles include General Manager and Director of Planning and Programming at the Houston Airport System, as well as Assistant Airport Director for Planning and Development at Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport, where Ted Kitchens led the update of the airport's Sustainable Master Plan. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Planning at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and working as a Senior Aviation Planner at Campbell and Paris Engineers. Ted Kitchens holds a Certificate of Management from Emory University, a MA in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Central Florida.
