Liam Crichlow

Liam Crichlow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban development and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Director at One Six One Development since February 2020 and as City Centre Development Coordinator at Manchester City Council since October 2012, Liam leads flagship regeneration projects and fosters partnerships to align with Manchester’s growth ambitions. Previous roles include Policy Officer and Partnership Officer at Manchester City Council, where initiatives were implemented to combat serious organized crime and enhance public safety. Early career experience includes working as a Technical Consultant at Roevin, delivering international projects in various engineering sectors. Liam holds a BA (Hons) in Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University and an ILM Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management from the University of Warwick.
