Karen Moore

Karen Moore is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Clerk to the Board of Governors at Manchester Metropolitan University. Prior to this, they served as the Registrar at the Manchester Metropolitan University from May 2014 to October 2017. From May 2008 to May 2014, Ms. Moore was the Deputy Registrar at the Manchester Metropolitan University. Ms. Moore has also been Chair of the Board at Cheadle and Marple Sixth Form College from January 2008 to December 2016.

Karen Moore has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics from the University of Nottingham and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from the University of Twente.

Karen Moore reports to Lord Mandelson, Chancellor. They are on a team with Malcolm Press - Vice Chancellor, Frances Hewison - Director, Human Resources and Organizational Development, and Andrew Hewett - Director, Finance.
