Lee Forster's work experience begins in 1994 as a Programmer/Analyst at GUS Plc. From 1997 to 2008, they worked at Intervoice as a Technical Support Team Leader, where they provided support for web and telecommunication services. In 2008, Forster joined Convergys as the Technical Manager, Customer Support, leading a global Customer Support, Field Service, and Managed Service organization. In 2012, they were promoted to Director of Client Services, overseeing IT solution design, software development, implementation, technical support, and managed services. Forster then moved to AppLearn™ in 2017 as Head of Operations, managing SaaS platform delivery and support processes. Lastly, they joined Manchester United in 2018 as a Digital Operations Manager, responsible for digital transformation across various online and mobile services.
Lee Forster obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Technology Management from Staffordshire University. In addition, they earned the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from the INFORMATION SYSTEMS EXAMINATIONS BOARD LIMITED in January 2006.
