Amy Freedman is the current Director at Mandalay Resources. Amy has over twenty years of experience in the finance and investment industries.
Amy started their career in 1999 as a Vice President in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in New York. In 2002, they moved to National Bank of Canada as a Vice President in Investment Banking. Three years later, they joined Westwind Partners as a Director of Corporate Finance.
In 2005, Amy joined Thomas Weisel Partners as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Global Investment Banking. When Thomas Weisel Partners was acquired by Stifel Financial Corp in 2010, Amy became the Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets. Amy held this position until 2013 when they left to join Kingsdale Advisors as the Chief Executive Officer.
In 2016, Amy became a Corporate Director at Mandalay Resources Corporation where they currently serve.
Amy Freedman attended the University of Toronto for both their undergraduate and law degrees, obtaining a BA in Arts followed by an LLB. Amy then went on to complete an MBA at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
