Jasmine Virk

Jasmine Virk has a diverse work experience in corporate affairs, corporate secretaryship, and communication roles. Jasmine began their career in 2008 as a Research Analyst and Office Manager at Global Dimension Capital. In 2011, they joined The Capital Lab as an Advisor, Corporate Secretary, and Communications. Jasmine later became the Director, Corporate Secretary, and Communication at The Capital Lab from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Mandalay Resources Corporation as the Director, Corporate Affairs, and held this position until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, Jasmine served as the Director of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary at Mandalay Resources Corporation. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Director, Corporate Affairs, and Corporate Secretary at Mandalay Resources Corporation.

Jasmine Virk obtained a Post Graduation degree in Marketing Management & Financial Services from George Brown College in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Nagpur University, specializing in English, Economics, Business Finance, Principles of Marketing Management, and Statistics from 2004-2007. Jasmine attended D.B.M.S. English School from 1991 to 2004, focusing on Commerce without obtaining a specific degree.
