Ayoub El Fennane

Ayoub El Fennane has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Concierge Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since September 2016, following roles as Concierge, Bellman, and Guest Service Agent within the same organization. Prior to this, Ayoub worked as a Guest Relations Agent at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from July 2015 to August 2016. Ayoub holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Ecole Racine Marrakech and a Higher National Diploma in English Language and Literature from Université Cadi Ayyad.
