Cassandra Forrest

Cassandra Forrest is a seasoned professional in spa and wellness management with a substantial background in luxury hospitality. Currently serving as Senior Director of Spa & Wellness at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since May 2022, Cassandra has held significant roles within the Executive Committee, including Director of Spa & Wellness at Capella Hotels and Resorts and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. With experience in both pre-opening teams and various management positions since 2005, Cassandra's career began with internships and traineeships in spa operations, ultimately leading to leadership roles. Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University Canada West and a degree in Hospitality Management from Vancouver Island University.
