Joan Torres

Joan Torres is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in housekeeping and guest services. Currently serving as the Director of Housekeeping at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since September 2022, Torres previously held the position of Assistant Director of Rooms at Hilton from July 2019 to October 2022, and served as an Operational Specialist at Hilton Hotels Worldwide from April 2017 to July 2019. Earlier career highlights include the role of Director of Style at W New York - Downtown, overseeing the styling of 217 upscale guestrooms, and as Director of Housekeeping at The Manhattan at Times Square Hotel, managing the cleanliness of 665 rooms.
