Michael Groll is an experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning over two decades in various management roles. Currently serving as General Manager at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong since August 2013, Groll has held multiple positions within the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, including Hotel Manager and Director of Food and Beverage. Prior experience includes leadership roles at W Hotels, Madinat Jumeirah, and Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh, as well as a foundational apprenticeship at Kempinski Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Munich. Groll holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Management from Les Roches and is pursuing a Global Executive Master of Science in Hospitality Leadership at ESSEC Business School.
