Tuula Malmberg

Tuula Malmberg has extensive experience in sales support and customer experience development, currently serving as Head of Sales Support and Development at Mandatum since June 2011, with prior roles including Development Director and Development Manager in the same organization. Previously, Tuula held the position of Development Manager for Customer Service at Mandatum Life from October 2007 to May 2011 and worked as a Product Manager at Sampo Bank PLC from September 1984 to April 2001. Tuula holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, completed between 2012 and 2015, and a YO-merkonomi degree in Accounting from Espoon kauppaoppilaitos, completed from 1990 to 1993.
