Cheryl Burstein has over 30 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in complex commercial litigation and construction law. Cheryl is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Mandelbaum Barrett PC, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they were a partner at Mandelbaum Salsburg for nearly 18 years, where they focused on construction-related litigation and arbitration. Cheryl also has experience representing construction clients in all aspects of a project, from contract negotiation to dispute resolution. Before joining Mandelbaum Salsburg, Cheryl was a partner at Williams Caliri Miller & Otley from 1989 to 2001. Cheryl began their legal career as an associate attorney at Weil Gotshal and Manges from 1987 to 1989.
Cheryl Burstein earned their JD degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University between 1982 and 1985.
